We are a team of dedicated Physiotherapists & Sports Therapists based in Kingsley, Bordon, that specialise in everyday injuries, aches and pains as well as sporting related injuries. We provide a popular and affordable service that not only gets our patients better, but aims to keep them injury free and in peak condition.

The great thing about the way we approach each and every one of our patients, is not only do we provide a hands-on approach, but we take the time to pay attention to detail. James Chuter

Lead Therapist | Sports Therapist | Personal Trainer | Director

James has over 20 years of valuable experience in the fitness and healthcare industry. As a skilled Sports Therapist and certified Personal Trainer, James has an inherent ability to look at the body as a functional system and therefore takes great care in detecting faulty movement patterns and how to correct these.

James is currently working in professional sport alongside private practice and has experience in treating a wide range of conditions from joint, muscle and nerve pain to back and neck pain.

Over many years of experience, James prides himself on working with a vast variety of injuries and fitness goals; from the elderly trying to stay active to young aspiring athletes looking to make a career in their chosen sport.

In 2018, James was given the opportunity to work with some of the worlds top athletes and celebrity’s at Soccer Aid, a fantastic charity football match to raise money for Unicef.

James is the Lead Trainer at Allsports Training and also holds a position at Fulham FC as an academy Sports Therapist alongside his role at Allsports Therapy.

Paul Physio

Chartered Physiotherapist | Sports Therapist | Director

Paul graduated with a distinction in a Masters of Science degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Southampton as well as a first class degree (with honours) from the University of Chichester in Sports Therapy.

He is skilled in the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions throughout the body and uses a combination of manual therapy alongside exercise therapy and movement control in order to optimise outcomes, whether that be to return to sport or to be pain free day to day.

Tim Barton

Chartered Physiotherapist

Tim graduated as a sports therapist from the University of Chichester and went onto attend the University of Southampton to study physiotherapy.

His treatment approach places an emphasis on patient education and exercise; alongside complimentary manual therapy; to ensure that patients return to their sport and/or occupation as quickly and safely as possible.

During his career, Tim has worked in a range of clinical environments. These include; amateur and elite level sport, private clinical practice, private schools and the NHS. Alongside his commitments at Allsports Therapy, he works as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist in the NHS and with Southampton Football Club. At the latter, he leads the physiotherapy services for the girl’s regional talent centre, as well as providing physiotherapy services to the academy’s schoolboys.

Away from work, Tim enjoys playing a range of sports. His other passions surround cars and motor racing, whilst he also enjoys travelling abroad to experience different cultures.

Georgia graduated from the University of Chichester with a degree in Sports Therapy. During this time she begun to develop experience working in football and has continued to do so after graduating.

Sam is a qualified Physiotherapist with a 2:1 BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from the University of Chichester. He has broad clinical experience across private musculoskeletal practice and NHS settings, allowing him to treat a wide range of conditions with confidence and clarity.

Sam specialises in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, with strong expertise in assessing and managing spinal pain, sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and persistent musculoskeletal conditions. He takes an evidence-based, exercise-led approach to treatment, combining tailored rehabilitation programmes with manual therapy and patient education to support long-term recovery and injury prevention.

As a student physiotherapist, Sam gained valuable experience within professional football at Leyton Orient Football Club, where he was involved in the assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation of sporting injuries within a fast-paced environment. His wider clinical background also includes experience in stroke rehabilitation, orthopaedics, and pulmonary rehabilitation, giving him a well-rounded understanding of complex patient needs.

Before qualifying as a physiotherapist, Sam worked as a personal trainer, which continues to influence his movement-focused approach to rehabilitation. He is passionate about helping patients move with confidence, build resilience, and achieve meaningful, lasting results.
