Our health & exercise seminars educate your staff to help improve health & well-being

Health and exercise seminar

Want the potential to reduce staff sickness, early retirement due to stress and low back pain and improve the health and well-being of your staff?…

…HELLO, CAN YOU HEAR ME?…

…want your staff to hear our message too?

We offer an invigorating and motivational talk to help encourage your staff to take control of their health whilst at work and away from work.

At Allsports Therapy, we believe in aiding and encouraging health and fitness for athletes, for everyone. We do appreciate that it is not always easy to find the time or energy to pursue this as much as you may like, especially with a busy work schedule.

We therefore provide ‘Prevention better than cure’ talks – where we can come right to your offices with an interactive and insightful seminar that will provide an education in health in the workplace and offer simple and effective ways to incorporate methods into their daily routine that can potentially improve health and reduce disability.

It is thought back pain contributes to almost 7-8 days per employee lost through absenteeism which is 3.4% of the total working time per year.  These absences cost the industry on average £10 billion a year, which costs employers on average £800 per year per employee.  Figures from the health and safety executive suggest 41% of short term and 37% long term absences is due to musculoskeletal problems causing back pain.

Our goal: To reduce sick days lost by low back pain and other musculoskeletal disorders and enable people to participate optimally in their social or athletic activities.
