Home PT is for the client who wants to have a high level of training and get great results without having to leave your home and go to the gym.
Our fully qualified fitness professionals come fully equipped so that you can maximise the benefits from your training without travelling to the gym. Perfect if you find travelling difficult due to mobility or time restraints, would be more comfortable in your home environment or want to get your partners or family training with you, without the need for a gym membership.
To give you an idea of some of the equipment we may bring along to our sessions: medicine balls, TRX suspension trainers, skipping ropes, kettlebells, and boxing gloves. Equipment use will be determined on your goals, needs and availability.
“This sounds perfect, but I’m not sure if I have enough space” – this is not a problem! We can make the most of any space you have to get you working and achieving your fitness goals.
We can comfortably perform our initial assessment, including body composition, posture analysis, movement screening and nutritional consultation. This will then help formulate your training plans and determine what space/equipment we will use!
To top it off, you even have your choice of trainers! This does of course, depend on location!

Hampshire Home Personal Trainer - Sean
Our home Personal Trainer, Sean, has his own kit including TRX, kettlebells, resistance bands, medicine balls, amongst other equipment, so he can bring the gym to you!
Sean is experienced in taking home group and one-on-one sessions. He offers a variety of training techniques such as: weight loss/management, functional and fitness training, sports specific conditioning and nutritional advice. He has an BSc honors degree in sports science and a strong background in working with a vast variety of clientèle since he joined the team over 3 years ago.
