James has over 10 years of valuable experience in the fitness and healthcare industry. As a skilled Sports Therapist and certified Personal Trainer, James has an inherent ability to look at the body as a functional system and therefore takes great care in detecting faulty movement patterns and how to correct these. James is currently working in professional sport alongside private practice and has experience in treating a wide range of conditions from joint, muscle and nerve pain to back and neck pain.
James also holds a position at Fulham FC as an academy Sports Therapist alongside his role at Allsports Therapy.
Monika graduated from the University of Gloucestershire with a First Class Honours in BSc Sports Therapy. As a qualified fitness instructor with a particular interest in postural control and muscular fatigue, Monika is able to tailor rehabilitation programmes to suit a large scope of patients throughout various stages of their recovery.
With a background in dance, gymnastics and cheerleading, and her experience within these sectors including; London Contemporary Dance School and The English National Ballet Company, Monika aims to provide rehabilitation to patients of all levels of ability, with the aim of return to full sporting or functional activties.
Fiona graduated from the University of Chichester with a First Class Hons BSc degree in Sports Therapy. With particular interest in lower limb dysfunction, foot posture and gait analysis, Fiona utilises a synergistic approach to all musculoskeletal injuries in order to rehabilitate patients back to full function and prevent further dysfunction through biomechanical correction. A background in sport has also provided her with greater understanding of the return to sport process.
Alongside her clinic work, Fiona also holds a position as a Sports Therapist at Christs Hospital School for the 1st XV Rugby team, Womens Hockey team and their Elite athletes.
Functional human movement is the basis of Sean’s training. This means he tends to avoid training with conventional machines which hinder the body’s natural movement patterns and optimises human movement with performance based training. Sean is constantly using the latest research to develop and enhance his techniques, enabling him to push the body to its limits, resulting in an effective way to achieve your training goals. Sean is also passionate about diet and nutrition and is renowned for recommending foods that compliment your training programme.
Angela approaches her life and training by setting herself goals to see improvement through perseverance, dedication and enthusiasm. Her client approach uses the same philosophies in order to achieve their personal goals of fitness using detailed planning and implementation of exercise plans.
No matter what age, or whether the client has specific health conditions – provided their doctor is happy for them to exercise – she can tailor a programme to meet their personal needs. Using small and consistent progressions to the plan Angela supports her clients to achieve improvement of fitness and maintain their motivation to get to the goal they have identified, whether it is to be leaner, stronger, more flexible, more stable and/or more agile.

The Allsports Therapy Alton clinic is based in Results Health Club, based on the high street in the town centre. As well as two clinic rooms, we have full access to the gym, studios and sauna.
Allsports Therapy Alton have professional and modern treatment rooms and creates a comfortable clinical environment. We have electrotherapy equipment available for use and are registered to provide acupuncture.
Health club gym
The gym has a mixture of cardiovascular equipment, fixed machines, free weights as well as a matted area for functional movements. Our therapists and trainers make full use of these facilities to maximise rehabilitation quality and therefore speed up recovery.
We have a large studio space to allow for functional based movements. This is usually used towards the end of the rehabilitation phase and with return to sporting activities. Our personal trainers also make use of this space and use equipment including TRX Systems and kettle bells.
If further space is required, the clinic is based opposite a public park.
